Promotions:
If you wish to make a reservation at any of the products where we are offering a credit per person towards your itinerary with us, then please mention your claim in the comments box.
Our rates: Some of our rates for reservations are less than the hotel published rates and other rates are the same as the hotel published rates. For some excursions and refugio bookings are rates contain a small margin to allow for currency fluctuations.
Service fees: We specialise in offering clients personalized travel itineraries and advice on what is best for their requirements. This information we can offer only by investing considerable time and money in making regular inspection visits to destinations and suppliers.
W All-Inclusive Packages
We will NOT be adding our fee to the cost of these packages.
Top-End All-Inclusive Hotels (eg Explora and others), Cruises Australis, Antartcia, Skorpios and Navimag
We will NOT be adding our fee to the cost of reservations we make at the above mentioned products.
To offer clients our intellectual property rights of maintained local knowledge; to do research; suggest the right hotels and excursions as per client requirements; to cover our time in preparing an itinerary and finally making all necessary reservations we will add a work service fee of 4.9% of the total cost of an itinerary to the total cost of an itinerary (or simple reservations), with a minimum fee of USD50 being applied.
