Kayak Torres del Paine

Price Range approx from USD180 per person half day

There are three options for kayak, each operating from the base located at the Rio Serrano sector, 300mt down river from Hotel Rio Serrano. This is an area about 7km west of the TDP Park Admin Centre.

All Check-ins are at the Rio Serrano base unless otherwise arranged. Included are the return transfers from this base to the start and from the end point of the kayak excursions.

Kayak Options

Full Day Kayak Grey Lake (5.5hrs)

Check-in between: 09:00hrs – 10:00hrs. Return at 17:00hrs.

Included: Paddles, kayak, safety instructions, box lunch.

Area of kayak is around the Grey Peninsula. This is the area in front of Hosteria Lago Grey – a long beach at the end of which is a small island, and the kayaking will be on the lake and close to any icebergs that are here.

Half Day Kayak River Paine (2.5hrs)

AM - Check-in between: 09:00hrs – 10:00hrs. Return at 13:00hrs

PM - Check-in between: 14:00hrs – 15:00hrs. Return 18:00hrs

Included: Paddles, kayak, safety instructions, box lunch.

Area of kayak is the River Paine starting in the zone close to the Salto Chico and where the Explora Hotel is located. From this vantage spot is a striking and impressive direct view to the Torres del Paine Central Massif. The kayak route will follow the River Paine, go under the Webber Bridge and into Lake Toro, finally ending near to the TDP Admin centre.

Half Day Kayak Ice Bergs Grey Lake (2.5hrs)

AM - Check-in between: 09:00hrs – 10:00hrs. Return at 13:00hrs

PM - Check-in between: 14:00hrs – 15:00hrs. Return 18:00hrs

Included: Paddles, kayak, safety instructions, box lunch.

Area of kayak is around the Grey Peninsula. This is the area in front of Hosteria Lago Grey – a long beach at the end of which is a small island, and the kayaking will be on the lake.

Area of kayak is from the source of the river at Grey Lake, following the natural, meandering path of the river through a canyon and down to Grey Bridge.
